As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a key leadership role within our care team. You’ll be responsible for assessing individual needs, developing person-centred care plans, and ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional support is delivered to the highest standard. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care

- Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Experienced in elderly care or dementia support
- A confident leader with strong supervisory skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
