Location: Larkfield Leisure Centre, New Hythe Lane, Aylesford, ME20 6RH, United Kingdom. Initially based at Larkfield Leisure Centre with involvement in developing a new group exercise programme for the Angel Centre (opening 2028).

Responsibilities
- Coordinate Group Exercise Instructors and manage programme budgets to deliver high‑quality group exercise offerings.
- Develop and maintain the Group Exercise schedule, balancing participant preferences, instructor availability and facility resources.
- Promote exercise classes to attract participants, encourage registration and maintain attendance through effective communication and marketing.
- Coordinate with facility management to secure appropriate spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and equipped.
- Monitor class attendance, gather feedback, evaluate instructor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, industry standards and regulatory requirements, implementing protocols for emergencies.
- Provide holiday/sickness cover and minimise class cancellations; may deliver classes ad hoc.
- Support participant registrations, manage bookings and maintain accurate record‑keeping.
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and cleanliness at ‘front of house’ and respond to queries.
- Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate promotions, events and social media; work with instructors to develop new class formats.
- Assist in recruitment, training, induction, performance and wellbeing of staff, ensuring equal opportunities and addressing staff needs.
- Maintain regular communication with instructors regarding programmes, feedback, and cover.
- Foster positive working relationships at site and across the Trust, supporting collaborative culture.
- Support delivery of Health & Wellbeing strategy actions and cross‑site assistance as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Exercise to Music qualification.
- Experience developing, implementing, and managing group exercise programmes, ideally within a new facility.
- Ability to work rota‑based hours and, when necessary, deliver classes.
