Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of the Shack, exercising great leadership and decision-making to support operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
- Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, while upholding Shack standards of hospitality.
- Build and lead a high-performance team of hourly team members by participating in training, development, and performance management.
- Complete operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory to ensure operational excellence and financial health.
- Lead and work to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated, positive, and passionate about fostering a great sense of teamwork.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team.
- Food Safety Certification (Level 2 food hygiene).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so.
