We are looking for Service Engineers who are qualified in Door Entry and Access Control.

You will mainly be in social housing and commercial environments, carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on all levels of access control and door entry systems.

Up to 38k DOE | Company Vehicle Provided | Permanent Position | Company Benefits & Holidays | Full-Time

Role and Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on door entry and access control systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
  • Ensure you wear the appropriate PPE at all times.
  • To take ownership of timesheets and ensure they are completed and submitted prior to the deadline.
  • Being flexible within the weekly workload and the ability to work overtime when required.
  • Able to cover the out of hours on call rota.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in the entrance system industry.
  • To log jobs correctly and provide detailed information using CASH.
  • To be flexible and have positive approach in order to help us meet and exceed our customer’s often demanding needs.
  • Following Health and Safety regulations to ensure you work in a safe manner in line with our Health and Safety policy.

What We're Looking for

  • Proven experience in door entry and access control systems. Experience in other disciplines would be advantageous
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with installation, servicing, and repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
