Requirements

  • Conducts research on customer requirements, products, and sales-related topics.
  • Helps compile sales data.

  • Processes customer sales orders for production and distribution to specified customer addresses.

  • Provides information and directs enquiries to the appropriate department, policy, or procedure.
  • Prepares, collects, and coordinates product samples to be sent to customers and other departments to support tender submissions and sales opportunities.
  • Liaises with customers regarding orders, samples, delivery schedules, and product requirements.
  • Ensures excellent customer service delivery is achieved.
  • Ensures customer quality compliance through a “right first time” approach.
  • Ensures product quality is checked against appropriate customer specifications.
  • Accurately completes all relevant documentation, maintains records, and ensures data accuracy.
  • Responsible for document accuracy, completion, filing, and retrieval of sales-related information.
  • Compiles, stores, and retrieves sales and customer information using computer systems.
  • Attends meetings as required and reports any issues affecting customer service, orders, or operations.
  • Files all relevant paperwork that has been reviewed and signed off.
