Availability: Saturday (8 hours shift - hours TBC)Responsibilities:
- Be the living, breathing embodiment of our hospitality culture- your energy sets the tone for the whole Shack.
- Lead by example on the floor, coaching and inspiring the team to elevate every moment of the guest journey.
- Jump in wherever needed- greeting guests, resolving issues, celebrating great service in the moment.
- Collaborate with leaders to champion training, team development, and consistent hospitality standards.
- Keep a pulse on the Shack atmosphere: Is the vibe right? Is the music pumping? Are our guests smiling? You'll know.
- Spark team motivation and build camaraderie- after all, hospitality starts with how we treat one another.
