As our Office Manager/Executive Assistant, you will sit at the heart of Quintessential Brands, providing trusted, proactive support to the CEO and the wider executive team while ensuring the smooth day‐to‐day running of our office. This is a highly visible, varied role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, ownership, and being the go‐to person others rely on.
You will combine classic PA responsibilities with office management, guest greeting, administrative coordination, and event organisation. From managing diaries and priorities at the executive level to keeping the office running seamlessly behind the scenes, you will play a vital role in enabling the business to operate at its best.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Executive Support – Provide intermittent PA support to the CEO and other members of the executive team.
- Office/Facilities Management – Take ownership of the day‐to‐day running of the office, ensuring everything operates smoothly and professionally.
- Welcoming guests & first impressions – Act as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a warm, organised, and professional welcome.
- IT and administration co‐ordination – Serve as the central point for administrative matters and simple IT queries in the London office, liaising with internal teams and external providers as needed.
- Events & Engagement – Organise internal events and support the delivery of selected external events.
- Stock & Supplies – Manage office and business stock, ensuring availability, organisation, and cost control.
