As our Team Leader (Bottling), you\'ll be the driving force behind a high-performing production line – keeping people safe, processes efficient, and products flowing. Based at our Warrington site, you\'ll work closely with our Bottling Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver daily output targets while upholding our industry-leading quality and safety standards.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you\'ll manage line performance, support your team, and ensure bottling runs like clockwork from the first pour to the final pallet.

Ready to raise the bar? Your Impact Will Include:

  • Line Leadership – Oversee bottling line operations to ensure your team meets safety, quality, and production KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring – Track hourly and daily metrics, lead Short Interval Control (SIC) meetings, and keep the production board up to date.
  • Issue Resolution – Escalate production issues early, support root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed.
  • Compliance Champion – Ensure H&S, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met, with accurate documentation to support them.
  • Resource Management – Plan and allocate workforce efficiently, manage holiday/sickness cover, and ensure smooth shift transitions.
  • Team Development – Support training and development, ensure SOP sign-offs, and complete appraisals and return-to-work processes.
  • Continuous Improvement – Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams to ensure the line runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • System Savvy – Confidently operate NAV, the Production Database, Kronos, and Excel to keep everything on track.
