A Taste of The Job
If you’re passionate about building standout brands and want to make a tangible impact, this is your moment. As Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our Gin portfolio, including Greenall’s and Opihr, while also supporting our Irish core brands where needed. Based in our London office and reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll take ownership of brand development across multiple markets, bringing strategy to life through impactful campaigns, strong digital presence, and in-market execution. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role within a founder‑led, entrepreneurial business. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to make things happen, often working with pace and navigating ambiguity. With a lean team and ambitious growth plans, you’ll be encouraged to challenge, build, and shape how we work, not simply follow established processes. Working with focused budgets, this role is about thinking smart, not just spending big, finding creative ways to deliver standout work, build brand momentum, and maximise impact through resourcefulness and strong prioritisation. For the right person, this role offers a clear pathway to Senior Brand Manager and the chance to leave a visible mark on globally recognised brands.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Brand Strategy & Planning – Partner with the Marketing Director to shape global brand strategies, translating big‑picture thinking into clear, actionable plans.
- Global Brand Execution – Lead the delivery of Global Brand Plans, adapting them pragmatically for key markets, particularly the UK, balancing pace, impact and budget.
- Digital & Content Leadership – Drive the brand’s digital presence, creating engaging, relevant content and building momentum across channels with a test‑and‑learn mindset.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Act as the central brand contact, working closely with internal teams, markets and distributor partners to align and deliver at speed.
- Creative Development – Deliver high‑quality POS and marketing assets that elevate brand presence, finding smart, cost‑effective ways to stand out.
- Brand Communication – Keep the business connected to brand activity, bringing energy and clarity to internal updates and supporting external storytelling, including LinkedIn.
- Budget Ownership – Manage A&P for all strategic brands with a sharp commercial mindset, ruthlessly making trade‑offs and maximising return on a focused budget.
- Building as You Go – Help shape ways of working, processes and best practices as the team evolves, bringing structure where needed, without slowing momentum.
