We are recruiting candidates who want to work when available in day nurseries within their area. We work with many settings daily that request different shifts from us.
About the Role: This role involves no planning or observations; you will work alongside permanent staff members to help with daily activities. Currently, we have several day nurseries in North London requesting shifts from 8am to 6pm to work as a qualified nursery assistant.
Person Specification:
- Hold a level 2 or 3 or above in childcare (NVQ, CACHE, NNEB, Degree, QTS or equivalent).
- Have a clean DBS, preferably on the update service β if not, you can apply for a new DBS through our agency.
- Have references that cover 3 years (Employment, Student, or Placement).
- You have a responsibility to safeguard the children in your care.
Pay/Hourly Rates: As this is an ad-hoc role, you are paid every week on a Friday. Hourly rates start from Β£12 per hour to Β£16 per hour (depending on your experience and qualification level). You are submitted through our payroll, and payslips are emailed each week. We use online timesheets that are all stored in one place, so you never lose your timesheets!
