Quinte Health’s Transition Pool offers newly registered nurses a structured 8-week orientation and 18 weeks of rotated units, including acute stroke, complex care, behavioral support, transitional care, and ED exposure. The program supports skill development and professional growth within a collaborative, interprofessional environment.
On completion, nurses participate in the Emerge orientation across two ED sites, with ongoing mentorship and supportive onboarding throughout.
