Quinte Health’s Transition Pool invites registered nurses to explore diverse clinical areas through an 8-week orientation and structured mentorship. You’ll start on Medicine/Surgical with a dedicated mentor, then rotate through Sills 3 and 4, BSTU, TCU, and In-Patient Units across Picton and nearby hospitals.
After initial exposure, you’ll complete Emerge orientation in two Emergency Departments, expanding your skills and advancing your nursing career within our values-driven team.
