Quintain Limited in London is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance on property fixtures and grounds, ensuring buildings are well maintained for residents. Under the direct supervision of their Line Manager, they will support the Resident Team in ensuring apartment readiness for new move-ins and investigate maintenance cases raised via the Resident Portal.
You will review reported cases, update the CRM, report defects to the Defects Resolution Team, and carry out maintenance tasks as required.
