Job Purpose: As one of our Leasing Associates, you will deliver the front end of our customer journey, ensuring we meet our lease-up targets while maximising move-ins and driving tenancy lengths.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with the team to meet the business plan lease-up goal, time scales, and revenue targets while ensuring a good knowledge of occupancy/void levels.
  • Pro-actively contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment, and book viewing tours.
  • Tour potential customers, actively promoting the most relevant benefits of Quintain Living against their needs using an authentic and honest approach.
  • Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live with Quintain Living while working within the business's promotional guidelines.
  • Promote and sell additional revenue-generating services such as parking, storage facilities, lounge hire, etc.
  • Progress all leases in a timely fashion, working closely with the operations and administration teams.
  • Collaborate with the Resident team to ensure every arrival (viewing tour and move-in) has a seamless exceptional experience.
  • Support and set up leasing open days and contribute to corporate customer events where required.
  • Make recommendations regarding monthly rents and rentability of respective apartments.
  • Help develop a community within Quintain Living through fashioning and facilitating resident events when required.
  • Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Be the champion of our customers and consistently look at ways to improve the customer experience and journey through NPS feedback.
  • Ensure every customer and resident has a fantastic Quintain Living experience.
  • Keep the software system up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant.
  • Provide feedback to the Leasing Manager on customer responses and headline rents.

General Accountabilities:

  • Undertake additional relevant duties as directed by your Manager, raising any issues with capacity for proper management.
  • Participate in the full year and half-year Performance Development Review process as reviewer and reviewee, meeting the standards and timescales required by the Company.
  • Ensure your understanding and skill level regarding the Company’s IT systems are up to date, as applicable to your role.
  • Undertake IT training as required to ensure full and proper use of the available technology.
  • Demonstrate commitment to and align actions with the Company’s values: Creative, People-First, Pioneering, Sustainable, and Proud.
  • Work within the Company’s policies and procedures, governance framework, and standards, as detailed on the Company’s intranet.
  • Remain knowledgeable about Group activities, benefiting from all forms of internal communication provided and acting as a positive ambassador for the Company at all times.
  • Use materials and resources effectively and efficiently to minimise waste and always consider the impact of potential actions alongside our Sustainability policies and goals before making business decisions.

This role may involve an element of lone working or working alone, which will be discussed between you and your line manager. Training will be provided where required.
