Quintain is an award-winning mixed-use property developer in the UK, most famous for Wembley Park, one of Europe’s largest transformation projects. This north west London neighbourhood was named one of the “best places to live in 2025” and will be the UK’s largest single site of Build to Rent homes, with over 6,000 apartments operated by Quintain Living.
The Operations Support Associate is responsible for supporting the Resident and Leasing teams with operations focusing on high priority areas to ensure the smooth operation of the business while providing an optimal customer experience from pre-move-in activities to move-out.
The role will involve:
- Managing the resolution of all reported cases from residents.
- Ensuring full knowledge of apartment and communal area systems to deliver customer service in line with Quintain Living standards.
- Assisting the Events team to set up and present customer social events and activities.
- Working closely with 3rd party suppliers and in-house departments to support the Resident Manager with resident requests.
- Delivering great customer service while adapting to feedback to meet resident engagement and satisfaction targets.
- Supporting pre-move-in administration processes to drive new business conversion.
- Touring potential customers around buildings and promoting the benefits of living at Wembley Park.
- Negotiating and closing potential customers to live with us while adhering to promotional guidelines.
- Promoting additional revenue-generating services such as parking and storage facilities.
Key accountabilities also include:
- Driving and promoting ancillary revenue in line with Quintain Living targets.
- Networking with customers to build relations and generate referrals.
- Ensuring cases received are acknowledged, actioned, and closed out within agreed SLA.
- Carrying out daily inspections of developments to ensure compliance with Quintain Living standards.
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs with relevant functions and third parties.
- Completing all Salesforce activities related to the customer/resident journey.
Health and Safety compliance is crucial, ensuring all matters are adhered to and reported where required.
General accountabilities include undertaking additional relevant duties as directed by your Manager, participating in performance development reviews, and remaining knowledgeable about Group activities.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- ARLA / AIRPM qualifications or similar – desirable but not essential.
- IT literate with CRM software and Excel experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Experience in customer-facing roles essential, ideally from hotel, retail, student accommodation, or residential sectors.
This role may involve lone working, and training will be provided where required. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, working five days between Monday and Sunday, with varying start and finish times between 8am and 8pm.
