As Global Hospitality Manager, you will support the Director of Global Hospitality as Quint's partnerships, programs and Hospitality Service Provider Agreements grow. You will develop service models and operational plans, help launch hospitality products and provide hands‑on event delivery.

Working with Programs, Event Operations, Event Onboarding, Product and Partner Management, you will turn ideas into executable plans. You will partner with the Global Brand Manager and Creative team to align concepts with guest needs, operational requirements and budgets.

You will represent Global Hospitality, make decisions within agreed parameters and elevate risks with recommendations. The role requires initiative, adaptability and the ability to influence teams without direct reporting authority.

Core Responsibilities

Hospitality Experience and Design

  • Support the Director in establishing global hospitality service standards and the guest experience framework, collaborating with the Global Brand Manager to align these with the hospitality design vision across partnerships and events.
  • Translate strategy into practical SOPs, budget templates, run‑of‑show frameworks and training materials for Event Operations teams.
  • Maintain the hospitality toolkit of operational templates, checklists, preferred vendor lists and documentation, incorporating approved brand assets and guidelines maintained by the Global Brand Manager.
  • Define guest experience and operational briefs for assigned products, including service requirements, guest journeys, space functionality, budgets and delivery considerations.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand Manager on ideation, design and rendering reviews, presentations and partner approvals. Assess operational feasibility and margin targets, with the Brand Manager leading creative direction and brand approvals.
  • Coordinate hospitality requirements through the Global Brand Manager's creative workflow, providing clear briefs, timelines and consolidated operational feedback to the Graphic Design and Rendering teams.
  • Support vendor sourcing, consolidation and preferred‑partner development to improve quality, consistency and economies of scale.
  • Identify emerging trends and work with Event Operations and Creative colleagues to implement cost‑effective activations that enhance the guest journey.
  • Develop hospitality proposals, presentations and RFP responses for new business and sponsorship opportunities, contributing service models, operational plans and cost inputs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support new product development through feasibility research, site assessments and identification of staffing, technology and process requirements, maximizing existing resources.
  • Conduct pre‑event readiness reviews, on‑site observations and post‑event debriefs against global standards, including for teams outside this role's reporting line. Document gaps and recommend improvements for the Director to progress with operational leads.

Hospitality Service Provider Agreement Operations

  • Lead the launch, planning, oversight and on‑site delivery of assigned agreements, through direct delivery and team management until a permanent team is established.
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies and gaps between commercial commitments and delivery capability; elevate early with practical options.
  • Manage ticketing and fulfillment, including digital and physical inventory, seat allocations, shipping, quality control and documentation.
  • Lead operational planning and delivery of hospitality spaces, collaborating with the Global Brand Manager and Creative team on concepts, branding, decor, activations and layouts, and coordinating vendors to deliver approved designs.
  • Develop detailed schedules and run‑of‑show documents covering guest flow, entertainment, staffing and venue operations.
  • Coordinate requirements for credentials, signage and large‑format graphics through the agreed creative workflow, ensuring accurate content and timely supplier handover of approved artwork.
  • Lead cross‑functional planning with Guest Services, Guest Communications, Sales, Partner Management and Product to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Oversee vendor sourcing, contracting and management across F&B, production, transportation, staffing and gifting, ensuring contract‑compliant delivery within agreed budgets and approval processes.
  • Secure permits, licenses and contracts within delegated authority.
  • Lead and support setup, equipment and freight movements, supplier coordination and preparation of hospitality spaces.
  • Deliver staff training and oversee guest‑facing and back‑of‑house activities, including package distribution, hotel check‑in, transportation, hospitality check‑in, experiences and tours.
  • Adapt plans when circumstances change and communicate updates promptly to staff, relevant departments and guests.
  • Monitor suppliers and resolve service issues to maintain hospitality standards.
  • Provide professional, welcoming guest service; resolve complaints within your authority and elevate where appropriate.
  • Lead teardown, freight, load‑out and operational close‑out.
  • Support acquisition of new agreements through budgets, feasibility studies, proposals, site visits and relationship development.
  • Work with Event Onboarding to recruit, onboard and train launch teams, aligning delivery with global SOPs, financial requirements and partner expectations.
  • Establish partner relationships with clear quality standards, ways of working and communication protocols.
  • Hand over to permanent teams with documented processes, budgets, vendors, outstanding actions and responsibilities.

Leadership and Personnel Management

  • Lead temporary project and on‑site teams, including colleagues who report to other managers, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely, accurate delivery.
  • Provide practical coaching and feedback; raise performance concerns promptly with the appropriate people manager.
  • Provide Event Operations with tools, guidance and hands‑on support to implement global standards.
  • Resolve routine standards questions and elevate complex decisions or recurring gaps to the Director with recommendations.
  • Manage and develop any Coordinators assigned as the portfolio and workload grow.
  • Build strong peer relationships, model hospitality standards and support consistent application under pressure.
  • Learn Quint's portfolio, systems and partner requirements; communicate progress and risks proactively.
  • Ensure assigned initiatives are financially responsible and aligned with approved budgets and event margin targets.
  • Produce accurate cost estimates and assess return‑on‑investment considerations for proposed concepts.
  • Identify efficiencies through vendor consolidation, negotiation, creative reuse, sponsorships and scalable solutions.
  • Own assigned event budgets and ensure project teams understand and manage their allocated costs.
  • Track planned and confirmed expenses accurately and promptly, completing budget reconciliation and close‑out.
  • Manage personal travel and on‑site expenses responsibly and encourage the same discipline across teams.
  • Work with department leaders to understand sales projections and adjust delivery budgets as required.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • 4+ years' progressive experience in hospitality operations, guest experience or live event management, including on‑site delivery and collaboration on hospitality design.
  • Experience in sporting events, entertainment or live experiences strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year's experience leading project teams or on‑site staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop operational approaches, processes or service models and train teams to implement them.
  • Ability to influence peers and maintain standards without direct authority.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems and project management tools.
