About the Organisation: Our client in the suburban Twickenham area which is part of a chain of over 50 nurseries is seeking a confident and experienced L2/3 for their lively nursery. Offering career progression, training and a great place for the children to thrive.
The Role & Brief Description Of Duties:
- Supporting children in their play, planning for children and tracking development against the EYFS.
- Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the room and fulfilling the personal care needs of the children.
- Working within the regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
- A commitment to working in partnership with parents.
- Experience of working with the EYFS and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Experience of planning, observing and recording children’s developments and achievements.
- Proven skills in positive behaviour management.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
What We Are Looking For:
- A level 2/3 qualified candidate in childcare or above. (Level 3, T-Level, Early years degree, QTS, PGCE, NNEB).
- Has experience working with the children aged 3 months to 5 years old.
- Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities.
- Have strong verbal and writing communication skills.
- Full Paediatric first aid.
Other Requirements: Must be a level 3 or above with English GCSE.
