Flexible Early Years Practitioners (Qualified) in Kent
Are you a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner based around Beckenham, Bromley, Tunbridge Wells? Are you a passionate early-years practitioner with experience working in nurseries and the early years age groups? Quint Education is one of the leading agencies in the childcare sector in London and some of the Home Counties and have been for over 10 years. We are seeking qualified and experienced candidates who can travel to various Kent areas during the working week.
About the role:
- Assisting the nursery teams with providing a safe, clean & happy environment for children
- Working with 3 key age groups
- Participating in activities and engaging with the children
- Helping with meals and snacks
- Paying from £13.50 to £17.50 an hour and on a weekly basis depending on qualification & experience
This role would suit:
- A person who is Level 2/3 qualified and experienced working in a nursery setting
- Someone who is Kent based and can travel to various destinations
- A driver or someone who can commute
- Someone who can work full days or half days
Candidates must:
- Provide documents such as passport and right to work
- Be qualified Level 2/3 in childcare
- Have Paediatric First Aid
- Hold a clean and valid DBS that is on the update service
- Be aged 18 upwards
- Have 5 years of current references
- Be experienced in working in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Report incidents regarding the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Have knowledge of safeguarding and be prepared to do some training if offered
- Be based in the local area or prepared to travel
- Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum
