We are looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our brand-new nursery setting opening in Spring 2026. This is an opportunity for someone who is ready to play a key role in shaping a setting from the ground up, and to grow with a company that is genuinely invested in its people.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working closely with the Director, but you will take the lead day to day.
  • Full responsibility for running the setting, leading the team, ensuring compliance, and delivering outstanding care and education.
  • You will be the Registered Person with Ofsted, setting the tone and culture from the very beginning.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above is ideal).
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A strong grip on Ofsted requirements and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and how to implement it.
  • Confident in leading a team and managing a setting independently.
  • Passionate about early years and excited about being part of a growing business.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Higher Education (required).
