We are looking for flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across nurseries in Oxfordshire and Swindon areas; Bicester, Oxford city, Wantage and Didcot. Supporting children aged 0–5 years. This role is perfect if you are looking for flexible shifts, a variety of settings, and competitive pay.

About the Role:

  • Support children aged 0–5 in nursery settings
  • Assist with daily routines, play, learning activities, and care
  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
  • Work alongside nursery teams to meet EYFS standards

Pay Hours:

  • Β£13.50–£16.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
  • Flexible hours – ideal for part-time or additional work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of nursery experience within the UK (working with ages 0–5)
  • Experience working with children aged 0–5 years as an early years practitioner
  • Qualified (Level 2/Level 3) or above in Early Years Education
  • Right to work in the UK
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required (or a willingness to obtain one)
