Responsibilities:
- Supporting staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met.
- Observing children and managing their learning and development records.
- To be a key person, complete observations and reports where required.
- To build positive relationships with parents and Ofsted.
- Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
- Attending staff meetings and training as required.
- Must be a strong team player and leader.
What we are looking for:
- Must be Level 3 or above.
- Strong Leader.
- Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities.
- Have strong verbal and writing communication skills.
- Paediatric first aid if qualified.
- Must be a level 3 or above with English GCSE.
