Responsibilities:

  • Supporting staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met.
  • Observing children and managing their learning and development records.
  • To be a key person, complete observations and reports where required.
  • To build positive relationships with parents and Ofsted.
  • Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
  • Attending staff meetings and training as required.
  • Must be a strong team player and leader.

What we are looking for:

  • Must be Level 3 or above.
  • Strong Leader.
  • Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities.
  • Have strong verbal and writing communication skills.
  • Paediatric first aid if qualified.
  • Must be a level 3 or above with English GCSE.
