Salary: £28,000 per annum (Up to £30,000+ depending on qualifications and experience)

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in the daily life of the nursery, providing exceptional care and high-quality early education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Key Person to a group of children, tracking their progress, keeping learning journals up to date, and planning engaging activities suited to their individual needs.
- Implement and deliver the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework effectively.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and happy environment that promotes child development and independence.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider nursery team.
- Adhere strictly to all safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
What We are Looking For
- Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent) is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience working within an early years setting / nursery.
- Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding practices, and child protection procedures.
- Attributes: Passionate about early years education, trustworthy, reliable, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Note: An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required for this position.
