We're looking for an experienced Senior Print Production Scheduler to take ownership of production planning and scheduling across Litho, Digital Print and Finishing within a busy, high-volume manufacturing environment. You'll be at the heart of the operation, balancing machine capacity, labour, materials and customer deadlines to ensure the right work is produced on the right equipment at the right time.

The Senior Print Production Scheduler role:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end production schedule
  • Schedule work across Litho, Digital Print and Finishing
  • Balance machine capacity, labour and competing priorities
  • Identify bottlenecks and production risks before they impact customers
  • Work closely with Production, Operations, Customer Service, Quality and Engineering
  • Manage changes, urgent requirements and operational disruption
  • Ensure efficient workflow from print through finishing and fulfilment
  • Support peak planning and maintain strong OTIF performance
  • Use production data and systems to improve efficiency and utilisation
  • Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

About you

You'll ideally have experience in production planning or scheduling within a fast-paced print/manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of:

  • Litho and Digital Print
  • Finishing processes
  • Production capacity and machine utilisation
  • Labour planning and production flow
  • ERP/MRP or production management systems
  • High-volume, time-critical manufacturing
  • Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

You'll also be analytical, organised and decisive, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and keep production moving under pressure.
