Are you an experienced Account / Project Manager with a background in retail displays, beauty, POS or creative production? We’re working with an award-winning global retail production business looking for a commercially driven Account Manager / Project Manager to lead high-profile beauty and retail display projects from concept through to in-store delivery. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role managing multiple projects across creative, production and operations teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exceptional standards.
About the Project Manager Role:
- Manage end-to-end retail display and beauty campaigns
- Lead project timelines, production schedules and delivery plans
- Act as the main point of contact for key brand and retail clients
- Coordinate internal teams across design, production and operations
- Drive process improvements and project efficiency
- Ensure projects meet retailer guidelines, deadlines and quality standards
- Build strong long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
Project Manager We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Project Management within retail displays, POS, beauty or creative production
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience managing multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
- Confident working cross-functionally with production and operational teams
- Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented approach
