Deliver High-Impact Retail Projects from Concept to Installation
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in retail fixtures, shopfitting, POS, store environments or fit-out delivery? We’re recruiting for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of bespoke retail display and fixture projects for major retail and brand environments. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who enjoys managing projects from concept through manufacture and installation, coordinating suppliers, production teams and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification. If you have experience in retail displays, fixture manufacture, joinery, fit-out, VM rollouts, signage or retail construction environments, we’d love to hear from you.
The Project Manager Role
You’ll take ownership of multiple live projects, working cross functionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers and installation teams to deliver high-quality retail environments and fixture solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from brief through manufacture, logistics and installation
- Coordinating suppliers, production teams, subcontractors and installers
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets and critical deadlines
- Supporting the delivery of retail fixtures, displays and in-store environments
- Managing site surveys, installation planning and project logistics
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Proactively identifying and resolving project risks or delivery issues
- Ensuring projects are delivered to quality, safety and client standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:
- Retail fixtures / shopfitting / fit-out / POS / POP / signage / VM rollouts
- Project delivery within manufacturing, retail display or installation environments
- Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and production teams
- Installation planning, timelines and project coordination
- Reading technical drawings or working alongside production/build teams
- Managing multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment
Experience within retail construction, fixture manufacture, joinery or installation-led projects would be highly advantageous.
