We are working with a leading global provider of large format print and visual communication solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their production team with an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist / Print Finisher.
About the Sewing Machinist / Finisher role:
This is a hands-on production role focused on finishing large format printed graphics, including banners, fabrics, and display materials. You will be responsible for ensuring all finished products meet quality standards and are prepared for installation or dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Sewing and finishing large format graphics including PVC banners and fabrics
- Producing hems, pole pockets, and silicone edge graphics (SEG)
- Carrying out finishing tasks such as eyeleting, trimming, and packing
- Working with a range of materials including PVC, textiles, and mesh
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
- Working closely with print and production teams
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
About the Sewing Machinist:
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines
- Experience working with heavy duty materials (e.g. PVC, banner media, textiles)
- Background in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience within large format print, signage, or exhibitions
- Knowledge of banner finishing or SEG systems
Salary & Benefits
