The Account Director Role

You'll be the trusted strategic partner for a portfolio of major retail and consumer brands, leading projects from initial brief through to flawless delivery.

You'll

  • Own senior client relationships and become their go-to advisor.
  • Lead talented internal teams across Creative, Production and Project Management.
  • Drive commercial growth through strategic account development.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and beyond expectations.
  • Present creative ideas with confidence and influence key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the team.

About You

  • Agency-side experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager ready to step up.
  • Solid understanding of 3d POS production
  • Experience delivering retail, shopper marketing, POS, experiential or integrated campaigns.
  • Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for budgets and account profitability.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • A collaborative leadership style and genuine passion for delivering exceptional work.
