The Role: Join Quince as a Customer Experience Associate and deliver thoughtful, high‑quality service across chat, email, phone, and social channels. Solve problems with empathy and guide customers authentically. This remote position is UK‑based, with occasional travel to Leeds or Manchester for in‑person meetings and team gatherings.

Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Increases every 6 months until 2 years.
  • Monthly performance bonus.
  • 3‑week paid training and onboarding.
  • Set schedule with guaranteed hours.

Pay Range: £16 GBP - £16 GBP. Up to the first 3 weeks of employment are mandatory onsite training, held Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT in London, Leeds, or Manchester. Full attendance is required; no absences are permitted during this period.
