Reports to: Lead Brand Designer

We are seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to support day-to-day creative execution across campaigns, product launches, and core brand touchpoints. This role is critical in scaling our European design output as the business grows, ensuring we can deliver high-quality creative at speed without overloading senior team members. The Brand Designer will work across digital, marketing, and ecommerce channels, translating creative direction into polished, on-brand assets. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and a sharp sense of taste – able to execute efficiently while maintaining a premium, cohesive brand aesthetic.

Responsibilities

  • Update performing US creative assets (especially Paid Social) to be ready to test in the UK/EU: voiceover, imagery, text, terms, etc.
  • Design and execute creative assets for campaigns, product launches, email, paid media, and site.
  • Translate creative direction into clear, compelling, and on-brand visual outputs.
  • Ensure consistency across all deliverables while adapting designs to different formats and channels.
  • Maintain a performance creative mindset: understand why creative performs and translate learnings into next iterations.
  • Maintain a high bar for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Support digital design needs across PDPs, CLPs, LPs, homepage, and site experiences.
  • Create assets that enhance product storytelling and improve user engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution across ecommerce touchpoints.
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files across digital channels (image/video/motion).
  • Assist senior designers in getting assets ready for production when needed.
  • Adapt and version assets efficiently across sizes, formats, and use cases.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Work within established brand guidelines, templates, and systems.
  • Contribute to the evolution and refinement of design systems for Europe as needed.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all European brand touchpoints.
  • Partner with creative, growth, merchandising, and product teams to execute against business needs.
  • Communicate clearly on timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively into revisions.
  • Uphold a refined, elevated aesthetic across all work.
  • Continuously push for clarity, simplicity, and visual polish.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Strong video editing/motion graphic experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand design, preferably in ecommerce or consumer brands.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual design skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience working within brand systems and guidelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both strong taste level and production capability.
  • Understanding of formats of main Paid Social Channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
