We’re looking for a World Class Affiliates and Influencer Manager, to build our UK set-up from 0 as we launch and scale this new market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem-solver and is successful in combining technology and data into best-in-class outcomes. As Affiliates Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new publishers, influencers and brand partnerships to drive profitable growth and increase Quince’s visibility in the UK market. You will fully own the affiliate and brand partnerships channels in the UK and be accountable for driving revenue targets by establishing a strong roadmap with a good oversight on reporting & forecasting. As Affiliates and Brand Partnerships Manager, you will play a major part in launching and accelerating Quince’s growth in the UK. This is a high impact, high visibility role.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the full affiliate and brand partnerships marketing strategy to drive the new customer acquisition strategy.
  • Recruit, manage, and optimize high-performing affiliates and influencers with a focus on incremental revenue and growth by category.
  • Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships from ideation through launch and measurement including building repeatable processes and frameworks to scale partnerships sustainably.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and oversee payouts and incentives.
  • Leverage data from various channel owners on category performance, sales, and previous campaign results to identify the most effective marketing activation and support tactics around affiliate marketing.
  • Manage relationship with agency and affiliate technology platform like Impact Radius and internal data engineering, analytics and technology teams, ensuring that the channel’s tracking, tagging, and technical requirements are met.
  • Define and manage capabilities roadmap to deliver enhancements across the affiliate funnel that will drive growth for the Quince brand.
  • Manage forecasting strategy to ensure goals for growth and investment efficiency are met.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years experience across affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships (experience spanning multiple is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record of scaling partnerships that drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable owning strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and experience working with Sigma, Lookr etc.
  • Experience with affiliate platform (eg. Impact Radius) and multi-product, fashion vertical a strong bonus.

Pay Range: £63,000.00-72,000, €73,000–€84,000.
