Please note, there are two open positions available for this role.
The successful candidate will support key market initiatives to generate growth, in addition to driving your own activity, as agreed with the Head of Sales, to develop new accounts. The Prospect and Engagement role will also be supporting the work of the business development team where applicable.
Success will be measured by the identification and delivery of new quality platform supporters; through active engagement with firms that do not currently align with Quilters Investment platform. This will include contacting advice firms that had little to no contact with Quilter and enhancing existing relationships with adviser firms. In addition to this you will be expected to identify opportunities and promote our leading In-house Investment Solution 'Wealth Select' on which you will receive full training as part of our offering. You will be expected to keep up to date on Quilter products and propositional developments.
You will need to build a good understanding of your panel and regional hub models, whilst developing relationship with HoS, WMCs & WSCs to ensure effective communication between all stakeholders to maximise market opportunities, identifying key contacts at the firm etc. Whilst always maintaining accurate records via our leading CRM system.
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have knowledge of the UK Platform market and some previous financial services telesales experience.
You will need to be adaptable, have strong communication skills and be able to build relationships easily.
You will be delivery-focused and resilient, with high energy and drive.
We will train you on Quilter products but if you do have some knowledge on this already that would be advantageous.
