In this role, you will be supporting Sales Support & Sale Distribution by handling administrative tasks and new business flows. You will serve as the go-to person for our firms, assisting them with day-to-day queries and ensuring smooth transactions on our Platform. Your role will be crucial in promoting our Adviser Support Hub and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate illustrations for product lines
- Offering pre-sale support to advisers
- Ensuring timely allocation of work
- Collaborating closely with key support functions and sales teams
- Handling administrative tasks, producing reports, and maintaining databases
- Maintaining opportunities on Salesforce and liaising with financial advisers regarding wealth select access
We are looking for someone who is not just a team player, but also decisive and adaptable. As a clear communicator, you will play a vital role in our corporate environment, where professionalism and the ability to meet tight deadlines are key. Multitasking and good organizational skills are a must, and if you are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, that’s a bonus!
