You will play a pivotal role within the Dealing & Implementation team, leading a team dedicated to supporting portfolio managers in the seamless execution of trading strategies and the implementation of model portfolio service rebalancing activities. In addition, you will drive the development of a portfolio management support model and work closely with key stakeholders and support teams across the investment division to ensure the efficient operation and continuous improvement of related processes.

  • Manage the setup of new products and onboarding of new platforms, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
  • Develop procedures and tools to drive efficiency and improve operational processes.
  • Maintain and manage platform relationships, including issue tracking and participation in due diligence meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage team workload to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience within an asset or wealth management operations in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management software and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in people management, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
