You’ll work closely with multiple areas of the business, including Operations, Marketing, and Platform Specialists, while gaining insights into Quilter and how external stakeholders provide Financial Advice. Joining at an exciting time with the recent update to our flagship Wealth Select investment proposition and several propositional campaigns, you’ll have plenty to engage with as you support our Sales Consultants and Platform Specialists. Throughout this role, you will develop expertise in financial data analysis, platform navigation, regulatory compliance, and wealth management strategy, learning to analyse Excel-based financial data, resolve transfer payment issues, ensure DGT quoting accuracy, and enhance competitor comparisons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary support for Sales Support & Sale Distribution via administrative and operational assistance
  • Handle new business flows and platform transaction processes
  • Serve as a key contact for adviser firms—resolving daily queries and ensuring seamless experiences
  • Prioritize “right first time” service, consistently demonstrating care, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Produce management information reports to support WMCs and adviser firms in tracking business and retention
  • Monitor adviser activity and flag new business and retention opportunities to WMCs
  • Produce Discretionary Gift Trust (DGT) quotes on request
  • Generate consultant-facing reports: pipelines, high-value quote tracking, and opportunity spotting
  • Compile and present monthly advisor reports addressing misdirected payments and client issues
  • Deliver competitor analysis of Quilter’s MPS portfolios using FE Analytics
  • Manage Tactical Pricing Illustration (TPI) requests via FNZ with careful data validation
  • Liaise with product support and consultants to ensure data quality and processing accuracy
  • Provide a comprehensive suite of professionally designed printed materials to elevate brand visibility, support sales initiatives, and communicate our value proposition effectively across various customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificates are accurately and efficiently distributed to attending financial advisers following Quilter-hosted external events.
  • Support cross-functional tasks aligned to your skill set when required

About You

  • You’ll be a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting others, working with data and delivering an excellent service.
  • You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with different stakeholders and taking ownership to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, operations or customer service role, ideally within financial services, wealth management or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage varied requests, meet deadlines and maintain high standards in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a right-first-time approach when checking data, producing reports, preparing quotes or processing requests.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with sales colleagues, adviser firms and internal teams.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills, with experience interpreting information, identifying trends and producing accurate management information.
  • Competence using Microsoft Excel and other digital systems; experience with financial platforms, reporting tools or FE Analytics would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, practical approach to resolving queries and issues, knowing when to involve colleagues or escalate concerns.
  • A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn about Quilter’s products, processes and regulatory requirements and to support wider team priorities.
  • A strong commitment to providing a professional, responsive and customer-focused service.
