About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting and authorising model portfolios in line with agreed Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) benchmarks and investment mandate restrictions across a range of platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Input and authorise model portfolios in line with agreed SAA benchmarks and investment mandate restrictions across multiple platforms.
  • Manage the onboarding of new platforms, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
  • Develop new procedures and tools to create efficiencies and improve operational processes.
  • Maintain and manage platform relationships, keeping detailed issue logs, and participating in due diligence meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Provide support and training to junior analysts and other team members.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of model portfolios.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to portfolio implementation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

About You

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience within an asset or wealth management operations in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using portfolio management software and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
