Quilter is seeking an AI/ML leader to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions, from research to production, within the AI Centre of Excellence under the COO.

You will design and deploy Gen AI models, build RAG pipelines, and collaborate with data and platform teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will have advanced degrees and a track record in NLP, deep learning, and Gen AI, with strong software and cloud capabilities on Databricks, Azure and AWS.
