This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with Network AR firms and self-employed National advisers, helping them “Run”, Profitably, “Grow”, sustainably and then when the time comes “Exit,” with confidence.
Our Relationship Managers are expected to develop business to business relationships with Appointed Representative (AR) firms and National self-employed advisers by providing objective advice and assistance relating to the strategy, structure, management, and operations of their business so they can maximise the development of their business, in line with our corporate objectives and sales delivery. You will ensure that good customer outcomes are at the centre of decision making.
You will work with a panel of AR firms and advisers across a broad geographical area to understand their short, medium and long-term goals, developing and growing high potential firms over time. You will then work collaboratively with AR firm principals and National advisers to deliver a strategy and plan to achieve those objectives.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver appropriate and coordinated support to AR firms whilst also developing a strong sense of team and actively look for opportunities for cross collaboration within teams, with the ability to navigate complex political environments, managing multiple stakeholders.
You’ll contribute to the effective onboarding of new AR firms and new National advisers. You will work compliantly and in partnership with all other functions within QFP including Risk and Compliance.

The duties you will perform support direct overall positive outcomes for our customers by enabling our leaders to make informed decisions which balance the trade-off between risk and reward and ensure regulatory compliance. This contributes to improved services, customer centric outcomes, stability, responsiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience working in a financial services’ sales environment with a deep understanding of the way in which different types of AR principals and Advisers operate. You will have a broad understanding of the way in which Firms and Advisers work and how to build strong relationships that are professional and beneficial to both parties. Experienced in operating in a Financial Advice network. You’ll have a wide knowledge and comprehensive understanding of all product sectors, distribution channels, industry, and regulatory landscapes. Detailed knowledge of the wealth, mortgage and protection propositions including Platforms and asset gathering. You will have good knowledge and understanding of Compliance requirements and operating within a risk managed environment.
