About the Role
Level - Level 4
Department- Change Management
Location - Southampton
Contract - 12 Month FTC
This role is responsible for coordinating all internal and external training activity, ensuring sessions are effectively planned, delivered, and tracked. It will also manage the workstream Outlook mailbox, providing timely and consistent responses to queries, and support the Business Readiness Lead with governance, planning, and delivery control in line with Quilter Steps and Change standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business readiness plans aligned to programme milestones
  • Identify readiness gaps and track actions through to completion
  • Coordinate readiness activity across impacted business areas
  • Develop and manage training content creation and delivery plans
  • Coordinate the scheduling of training sessions across stakeholder groups
  • Ensure training activity aligns to programme timelines
  • Coordinate all internal and external training sessions end-to-end
  • Track attendance, completion, and engagement levels
  • Produce clear management information on training activity and readiness
  • Manage internal and external queries via the workstream Outlook mailbox
  • Provide timely, accurate, and consistent responses
  • Monitor and report on query volumes and key themes
  • Support the Business Readiness Lead with workstream governance activity
  • Produce and maintain status reports, plans, trackers, and action logs
  • Ensure alignment with Quilter Steps and Change delivery standards
  • Support governance forums with updates and materials preparation
  • Maintain the workstream RAID log and identify emerging risks
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and SMEs
  • Communicate training and readiness activity clearly and effectively
  • Support engagement and adoption across impacted teams
About You
  • Experience delivering business readiness or change activity within a programme environment
  • Experience supporting project governance and control activities (e.g. RAID, reporting, risk management)
  • Experience coordinating training or learning activity across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience working within financial services or a regulated environment (desirable)
  • Strong delivery focus with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Ability to organise and manage complex workstream activity
  • Clear, structured, and effective communication
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Strong alignment with governance frameworks and delivery standards
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience producing management information (MI), reporting, and tracking metrics
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational discipline
  • Project or change-related qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, Change Management) (desirable)
