The role sits in the Affluent segment's Customer Proposition team, responsible for the pricing, functionality and support of the Quilter Investment Platform products, reporting to one of the Product specialists alongside other Product analysts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Product specialists in complex calculation and remediation activities for the UK Platform propositions (including Investments and Pensions) with data sourcing and analysis
  • Working with our third-party IT provider to agree solutions to issues
  • Investigating and resolving issues / queries from the wider Proposition team and Business.

Consumer Duty

This role will directly impact good customer outcomes by ensuring that remediation of issues and other queries are completed in a competent and timely fashion.

About You

  • Strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills normally associated with the level obtained by successfully completing a higher education qualification.
  • Relevant experience of the UK wealth management industry.
  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel as well as competent SQL and data analysis skills.
  • In-depth understanding of investment and retirement product features.
  • Strong desire to own initiatives and drive them to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical outlook as well as risk mitigation mind-set, including rigorous documentation.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, with high levels of initiative and innovation; able to collaborate across functions to drive holistic outcomes.
  • Able to work collaboratively and diplomatically with external and internal stakeholders; providing robust challenge where required whilst maintaining good working relations.
