We are in search of a seasoned Mortgage & Protection Sales Advisor to become part of our vibrant team based in Chorley, aiding clients in finding tailored solutions for their personal and business needs. Our company prides itself on exceptional customer service and guiding customers to the finest Mortgage & Protection products available, thus it is crucial that the prospective candidate shares this commitment
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Mortgage & Protection advice to a diverse range of clients
- Assess clients’ financial circumstances to determine suitable Mortgage & Protection products
- Offer guidance on Protection products related to the Mortgage process, such as life assurance, protecting your income, your family and your home
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Mortgage & Protection market and related financial products
- Liaise with lenders, providers, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
- Prepare and submit detailed Mortgage & Protection applications on behalf of clients
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
CeMAP qualification and, ideally “ competent adviser status”. Demonstrated experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor with a solid history of generating new sales and seeing them through to completion
In-depth knowledge of the Mortgage & Protection industry and financial regulations
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Exceptional numeracy and meticulous attention to detail
Dedication to ongoing professional development

Salary and Benefits:
The position offers a lucrative earning potential on a self employed basis with full admin support.
