At James Leighton, we solve those problems. We are a Top 50 mortgage producer nationally and ranked in the Top 5 for new build mortgage advice. Now, we’re expanding our Remortgage Advice Team and looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable adviser to join us.

- Dedicated Case Management Team – our expert team supports you and your clients through the entire process
- Protection referred – focus on mortgage advice while earning commission from protection referrals

- Fast-paced and rewarding – you’ll aim for two mortgage submissions per day with uncapped earnings
What we’re looking for:
We need a high-performing adviser who:
- Can adapt and learn quickly to achieve a consistent 2 submissions per day
- Delivers a seamless client experience with accuracy and professionalism
- Thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
- Brings a “right-first-time” approach and laser-sharp attention to detail
Key Requirements:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Experience with remortgages and product transfers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Confident problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence – regular office attendance required
