About the Role
- You will be responsible for building the business plan for our integrated financial planning and investment management service for deputies and personal injury lawyers.
- You will collaborate on proposition design, pricing and promotion of our services to deputies and personal injury lawyers, and will act as our specialist spokesperson in the media.
- You will seek continual improvements to our proposition so that it maintains a market leading position.
- You will bring together the best specialists in regional offices across the North of the UK to pitch for business, acting as the lead expert.
- You will help develop and deliver training on court of protection services across the business.
Consumer Duty
This role will directly impact good customer outcomes by identifying the appropriate target market and ensuring that propositions developed and distributed meet their needs. The role holder will work with proposition teams to ensure that propositions remain aligned to and appropriate for their target markets.
About You
- Highly collaborative with significant gravitas.
- A proven track record in dealing with deputies and personal injury lawyers whether as a lawyer, investment manager, financial planner or in a proximate business development capacity.
- Business development experience including pitching with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Numerical with an understanding of pricing within the field of personal injury wealth management.
- Professional qualifications for Investment management or Financial Planning as specified by the relevant regulatory authority.
