About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our growing M&A team in London. You will assist with financial analysis, preparing proposals, managing transaction pipelines, and supporting various M&A activities from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support financial analysis and presentation of M&A acquisition opportunities.
  • Assist with financial analysis of investment portfolios.
  • Produce monthly reports for governance and other committees, develop presentation materials, and maintain organized records.
  • Manage and log M&A opportunities, including maintaining the M&A Pipeline CRM.
  • Prepare formal documentation for multiple acquisition stages, such as letters and presentations.
  • Attend meetings to document decisions and actions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed, considering the business context.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
