About the Role

Level: 3 Department: Marketing Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: Fixed Term Contract

The team are responsible for defining and executing key growth initiatives to drive value for clients and shareholders. This role is central to the management and delivery of these growth objectives, helping us mature our approach to executing lead generation initiatives and managing new client enquiries. The candidate will need to be comfortable engaging with prospective clients (inbound & outbound), identifying their high-level objectives and evaluating the best way to support them, before then introducing suitable potential clients to relevant front office experts.

The role requires the candidate to collectively work with central and front office teams to develop feedback loops focused on continuous development, good client outcomes and ensuring tangible return on investment. The candidate will also be working collaboratively to manage associated 'nurturing' activities to support potential new clients who might not be ready for our services yet. This is a great opportunity to help us evolve and scale our new client generation activities.

About the Role & Responsibilities

The prospective client triage manager is the first point of contact for prospective clients. You are client focused, taking pride in providing an excellent client experience. You will be skilled at building trust to gain a good understanding of a client's needs, circumstances and how our services might benefit them. Your day-to-day role will include:

  • Managing new inbound enquiries from prospective clients, from multiple lead generation sources
  • Managing new outbound opportunities, engaging with prospective clients who have registered interest in our services and/or events with a view to booking a meeting with a Financial Planner
  • Completing complimentary, non-advice initial consultations with prospective clients, being able to draw out information pertaining to their financial situation and needs
  • Managing the execution of effective nurturing campaigns through outbound calling, email communication and newsletters, tracking the success of each campaign
  • Arranging meetings and supporting prospective clients up to their meeting with a Financial Planner
  • Work with the broader commercial and marketing team to ensure robust and valuable MI is captured and correctly recorded, identifying areas for improvement and demonstrating/tracking ROI

About You

  • Financial Planning and/or Investment Management qualifications desirable
  • Experience working with enquiries/clients, demonstrating an ability to understand wealth management propositions and typical client objectives
  • Familiarity with lead generation initiatives and strategic growth plans
  • Need to bring ownership to drive development and value
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, able to build rapport, identifying needs and requirements from prospective clients
