About the Role

The team are responsible for defining and executing key growth initiatives to drive value for clients and shareholders. This role is central to the management and delivery of these growth objectives, helping us mature our approach to executing lead generation initiatives and managing new client enquiries.
The candidate will need to be comfortable engaging with prospective clients (inbound & outbound), identifying their high-level objectives and evaluating the best way to support them, before then introducing suitable potential clients to relevant front office experts.
The role requires the candidate to collectively work with central and front office teams to develop feedback loops focused on continuous development, good client outcomes and ensuring tangible return on investment. The candidate will also be working collaboratively to manage associated 'nurturing' activities to support potential new clients.
