About the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide ongoing ownership and progression of Advice initiatives, specifically which relate to client transitions, within the business. This will include ensuring the business is well positioned to conduct day-to-day activities as well as ensuring that key operational changes are landed smoothly. Manage client analysis and change work to support acquisition projects, and other ad hoc initiatives, as they arise. Any change which impacts clients must be managed extremely carefully to ensure minimal disruption to clients and enabling continued service delivery from Quilter Cheviot.
- Project planning and resource management, including relevant reporting and proactive issue and risk management
- Project delivery to specification, timescales and budget
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Support in ensuring all client communication which relates to client transitions is effective and distributed in a timely manner and that Advisers are set up to receive and deliver great outcomes in the future
- Ensure all relevant system updates and client processes are in place and followed for any client change work
- Proactive identification of areas for process improvements
- Support as required the delivery of other key initiatives implemented to support the team and Head of Advice to embed change, for example IT change projects in the advice space
About You
You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Project management/co-ordination
- Management of internal & external stakeholders
- Data analysis & report writing
- Client relationship management
- Change management
You will have experience within Financial Services and have an understanding of the advice framework & ongoing service delivery. You will be comfortable in a fast-moving environment, that requires someone who is both adaptable and a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly. You will be able to work independently, taking full ownership of assigned deliverables.
