As part of our two-year Early Careers Programme within the Quilter Technology Team, you will gain valuable experience in a leading wealth management firm. Upon successful completion of the programme, you may be offered a position within one of our teams. During your programme, you'll have the exciting opportunity to rotate through various core technology teams. This hands-on experience will immerse you in a range of activities, giving you a comprehensive understanding of our function and allowing you to develop core technical skills, gain business knowledge and work on key projects.
- Service Operations: Enabling seamless client experiences, efficient portfolio management and compliance with financial regulations.
- Info Sec: Working closely within the team to understand the importance of protecting client data, preventing cyber threats, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining secure systems access.
- Software Engineering: Developing, maintaining, and enhancing software systems to support financial operations, improve customer experiences and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Data: Gaining experience within the data team who help manage financial information through governance, engineering, analytics and security.
The role is based in our Southampton office, and there will be some opportunity to work from home.
About You
We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology and finance, regardless of their degree subject, and are open to candidates with or without a degree. All we ask is that you complete any studies before September 2025, when the programme starts. As part of the programme, we will support you in obtaining a qualification to support you within your role.

- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) and some experience of programming would be helpful.
