As a Data Management Analyst, you will play a key role in helping to deliver the evolution of Data Management and in maintaining data quality, integrity, consistency, and timeliness for our business stakeholders. Your main focus will be supporting the project delivery of an investment data warehouse.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation of benchmark and ESG data workflows, focusing on ingestion, mastering, and data quality checks supported by good data governance practices.
- Performing data quality checks, exception management, and ongoing data maintenance activities, with early escalation of risks, issues, and errors.
- Maintaining clear procedure documentation with appropriate controls, reviewing existing processes, and preparing for business readiness activities for new processes.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
About You
The successful candidate:
- Is self-motivated with a desire to succeed.
- Has good knowledge of SQL or experience in building data workflows and data quality checks.
- Has working knowledge of rule building within Rimes Matrix (beneficial).
- Has a proven track record in data management and operational processes, ideally within financial services.
- Possesses strong data analysis and processing skills, possibly gained in other industries.
- Demonstrates problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Is adaptable with excellent attention to detail to ensure high data accuracy and control.
- Can collaborate effectively within the team, project teams, and wider operational and investment teams.
- Shows leadership on initiatives and deliverables.
- Can work independently and take initiative.
