Quilter is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager (Level 4) for a 6 Month FTC with locations in Southampton or London. The role provides independent oversight across the Affluent business, delivering monitoring, thematic reviews, surveillance and regulatory oversight in alignment with the Quilter framework.
You will work with the first, second and third lines of defence, identify risks, drive improvements and support positive outcomes for clients and the business.
