About The Role

This is a hands-on delivery role suitable for someone who thrives in complexity and can bring structure, momentum and clarity to large-scale initiatives. You’ll be responsible for breaking down ambitious outcomes into achievable increments, accelerating delivery and helping teams move from idea to execution. You’ll work across a complex technology landscape, navigating dependencies, third-party platforms and organisational challenges to ensure delivery remains focused on outcomes rather than process.
As Quilter continues to evolve its technology capabilities, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption of new technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, helping teams identify opportunities to work smarter, automate manual processes and deliver value faster. This role would suit someone who has operated within fast-paced digital, fintech or banking environments and has experience launching customer-facing products, platforms or digital capabilities at scale.
Essential About You
- Proven experience leading complex technology, digital or transformation delivery programmes.
- Strong background operating within genuinely agile product and technology environments.
- Demonstrable experience breaking down complex challenges into manageable deliverables and delivery increments.
- Experience working with sophisticated third-party platforms, SaaS products or technology integrations.
- Experience engaging with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders, translating strategic goals into practical delivery outcomes.
- Ability to challenge constructively, influence decision-making and manage competing priorities across leadership teams.
- Experience delivering change in Financial Services, fintech, banking or similarly regulated environments.
- Excellent commercial awareness and an outcome-focused approach to delivery.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
